​Beware of phone calls appearing to originate from Concentra

Concentra has become aware of "spoof" calls that appear to come from us but are, in fact, from fraudulent telemarketers. The fraudsters will try to gain your trust, then ask for your personal information, such as your account number, SIN, username and password.

Concentra is not making these calls and under no circumstances will Concentra ever phone you to request this information. If you receive one of these spoofed calls, please hang up and report the incident to the Canadian Anti-Fraud Centre.
