Concentra's Business Continuity Plan includes a Pandemic Plan; these plans are available to all employees and are updated annually. We have activated our Pandemic Plan in response to COVID-19.
Through regular assessment of our risk levels, our Business Continuity Team can respond quickly and appropriately to ensure continuity of operations for critical systems and to mitigate impacts to our business and our employees.
Serving our partners and clients
We remain open for business but for now, our work will shift from in-person to telephone calls, email and virtual meetings. We will continue to provide you excellent advice and solutions from our remote locations and will ensure the service levels you expect are maintained. As we monitor the development of this pandemic, we'll update you as needed regarding the status of our services and our ability to resume face-to-face meetings.
If you are not feeling well, or think you may have symptoms of illness, we ask you to contact us by phone instead of meeting with us in person.
Supporting our employees
Thankfully, no Concentra employee has contracted COVID-19 and we hope to keep it that way. The health of our employees matters greatly to us. To limit their chances of contracting the virus and possibly transmitting it to vulnerable people, we have implemented travel restrictions. We are also asking our employees to work from home as of Monday, March 16.
A portion of our staff regularly works from home and as a result we have the policies, tools and technology needed to support remote work, particularly for employees who perform critical functions. We will do our very best to continue to meet your expectations of excellent service.
We appreciate your understanding as we and the rest of the world work through this distressing situation.
Thank you for your continued support.
